Description
The Blue2 eliminates handwritten temperature monitoring by wirelessly transmitting temperatures to Bluetooth-enabled smart devices. The measurement tool is the perfect solution for the measurement of insertion, air or surface temperatures. It is compliant with multiple regulations, completely wireless and easy to use.
It works in conjuction with the HACCP Manager Mobile App, but the data can also be integrated into existing third party applications. Data that is collected from the Blue2 instrument is stored in the app, and then transferred to the cloud-based software.
The Blue2-Kit is made up of the 20100-K Blue2 Instrument and 51337-K DuraNeedle Direct Connect Probe. The Blue2 can also utilize any interchangeable Type-K thermocouple temperature probe, making it versatile for insertion, air or surface temperature measurement.
The 20100-K Blue2 instrument is also available separately.
